UN: Forced displacement forces thousands of Palestinians to leave Khan Younis
[Sat, 06 Jul 2024 20:07:52 +0300]

NEW YORK July 06. 2024 (Saba) - The United Nations on Friday said "forced displacement forced thousands of Palestinians to leave Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip and reside in temporary shelters among the rubble and on the beach."

Forced displacement is once again pushing the residents of Gaza to search for safety, the United Nations added in a post on its account on the 'X'.

It also explained that "thousands of Palestinians left Khan Younis and set up temporary shelters among the rubble and on the beach."

The United Nations attached pictures showing Palestinian families transporting their belongings during the exodus, and others setting up tents on the seashore.
