TEHRAN July 05. 2024 (Saba) - The Iranian capital, Tehran, witnessed the conclusion of the reception activities for the families of the Palestinian martyrs, as a delegation of the families of the martyrs of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine, from the Syrian and Lebanese arenas, participated in the ceremony of raising the largest Palestinian flag, in the center of the city.
According to the Palestine Today Agency, a member of the movement’s political bureau, Dr. Nasser Abu Sharif, during a speech he delivered, praised this step, as it raised the morale of the families of the martyrs of “Al-Aqsa Flood.”
The length of the flag that was raised was fifty meters, and its width was twenty, making its total area approximately one thousand square meters, while the height of the flagpole on which the Palestinian flag was raised reached approximately 150 meters and is considered the largest flagpole in Iran and the region.
