NEW YORK July 02. 2024 (Saba) - The United Nations said that the authorities of the Zionist enemy prevented the arrival of more than half of the aid sent to the northern Gaza Strip last June.

This came at a press conference by UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric, in which he stressed that the displaced in Gaza suffer from a significant shortage of shelter materials or vital supplies.

Dujarric noted that the distribution of humanitarian aid through the Kerem Shalom border gate is almost impossible due to security problems and fuel shortages.

Unexploded ordnance in Gaza poses a great danger, especially to children, he said, noting that a 9-year-old girl was killed in Khan Younis last Saturday because of these munitions.

Enemy authorities blocked more than half of the planned aid to northern Gaza from reaching northern Gaza in June.
