Sana'a - Saba:
The Women's Authority in the districts of Sanhan and Bani Bahloul, as well as Hamdan in Sana'a province, organized two cultural events commemorating the anniversary of the Prophet's Hijra, along with two solidarity stands in support of the Palestinian people.
Speeches by participants highlighted the importance of commemorating the Hijra as a faith-driven and motivational milestone, inspiring the nation with the values, principles, and morals of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). They emphasized drawing lessons of sacrifice, bravery, and steadfastness in confronting injustice and arrogance.
The events featured segments on key aspects of the Prophet's (PBUH) migration to Medina—its causes, circumstances, and the subsequent spread of Islam across the world. They stressed the necessity of following the Prophet's (PBUH) path, adhering to Islamic principles, and embracing the faith-based identity derived from his message.
The gatherings included choral performances reflecting the occasion.
Following the events, two solidarity stands were held in support of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance. Participants reaffirmed Yemen's unwavering stance in backing the just Palestinian cause.
They condemned the brutal crimes of the aggression against the people of Gaza, including the exploitation of humanitarian aid centers as traps to kill defenseless civilians in full view of the world.
They called on freedom-loving and honorable people worldwide to act to save the remaining children, women, and elderly in Gaza and to demand an end to the heinous crimes and grave human rights violations committed by the usurping Zionist entity.
