GAZA June 27. 2024 (Saba) -The Israeli army is in urgent need for 8,000 soldiers to recompense losses incurred in Gaza fighting, 'Haaretz' said late on Wednesday.
The Israeli paper quoted chairman of Knesset's foreign and security affairs committee as saying that he is independent from the coalition in terms of military recruitment, after the man delayed vote on the security ministry-backed act, citing failure to reach massive unanimity on the matter.
Either we collectively reject the army's request, or collectively agree on something, Yule Edelstein added.
