SANA'A June 27. 2024 (Saba) -Many Yemeni provinces are expected to see variably-heavy rains, the national meteorology center forecasted on Thursday, warning against windy weathers making seas furry, and against hot weathers in deserts and coasts in the next 24 hours.
Parts of Baydha, Raymah, Dhamar, Ibb, Taiz, Dhalea, and heights of Lahj and Abyan would see rainfalls of variable heaviness, sometimes with ice beads, the center added in daily publication seen by Saba.
Thunder rains are also expected in Sa'ada, Hajjah, Amran, Mahweet, Sana'a, Shabwa, Hadhramout, Mahara and parts of Tehama Plain.
Socotra Archipelago would likely be hit by strong winds up to 40 knots, the center warned, as the deserts and coastal areas would witness very hot weathers ranging from 36 to 40 degrees centigrade.
