SANA'A June 10. 2024 (Saba) - The Executive Office of Sana'a Province, headed by the Governor's Local Secretary General Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, discussed today,Monday, topics related to developing institutional performance in the province.

The meeting, in the presence of the First Undersecretary of the Province, Hamid Assem, members of the administrative body, Mahyoub Mahdi and Ali Al-Suhaili, the Undersecretaries of the province, Abdul Malik Al-Gharbi, Engineer Saleh Al-Muntaser, Fares Al-Kahali, Yahya Jumaan, Talib Dahhan and the province’s advisors, reviewed the circular of the Minister of Local Administration, regarding the financial sector of the local authority.

The meeting sent a message of thanks to the offices that achieved an increase in the level of fees and charges, urging other offices to redouble their efforts and activate collection mechanisms during the coming period.

He assigned a committee headed by the first deputy governor of the province and membership of the finance, financial resources and legal affairs offices to study the reasons for the continued inability to collect and receive fees for some offices, evaluate the level of actual collection and raise the necessary remedies.

The province's local secretary-general urged directors of executive offices to implement effective policies , systems, and to harness energies to serve citizens in various sectors according to what was planned.

In turn, the first deputy governor of the province stressed the keenness of the local authority leadership in the province to develop performance , regularize administrative and technical work, in accordance with the directives of the Revolution Leader and the head of the Supreme Political Council, to develop institutional performance and provide service to citizens and alleviate their suffering.
