SANA'A May 13. 2024 (Saba) - The Constitutional, Legal and Judicial Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting on Monday, chaired by the Speaker of the Council, Mohammed Hussein Al-Aidarous.
The meeting, which included the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kibsi, and members of the Committee, reviewed the topics related to the activity and tasks of the Committee within its plan for the remainder of the year 1445 AH, and the field activities carried out by the members of the Committee during the last period.
At the meeting, the Chairman of the Council appreciated the efforts of the members of the Committee active in community activity and excellence in attendance during official and public events, visiting summer centers and contributing to solving many issues related to citizens and society.
He stressed the importance of continuing to inspect and visit the summer centers because of their importance in motivating students and raising their morale. He stressed the need to integrate efforts and coordinate with the various committees of the Council in issues related to the development of the performance of the Committee and the Council's standing committees to develop the overall performance of the Council.
He also stressed the importance of working on preparing appropriate consultations in the constitutional and legislative aspects in accordance with the tasks and competencies of the Council and in a way that contributes to bringing about radical changes, especially in the judicial system in accordance with the requirements of the stage and the directions of the revolutionary leadership.
