Amran province on Friday witnessed 74 massive marches in Martyr al-Sammad Square and across the province, under the banner "To Support Gaza... With God's Power, We Defeated America and We Will Defeat Israel." The events celebrated a perceived victory over the US and showed solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Large crowds, including Governor Dr. Faisal Jumaan and other officials, gathered in Martyr al-Samad Square to express gratitude for the American failure, defy Israeli occupation, and support the Palestinian fighters.
Participants declared their defiance of Israel Occupation and their steadfast support for Palestine, asserting that Yemen's position would not be broken. Unprecedented crowds across Amran affirmed their continued mobilization in support of Gaza until the aggression and siege are lifted.
Demonstrators reiterated their disavowal of those seen as collaborators and affirmed their readiness to confront any American aggression. The people of Amran lauded the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations against Zionist targets.
A statement from the marches, delivered by the governor, thanked Allah for the "failure" of the US aggression, leading to its end without achieving its objectives and the abandonment of the protection of "Zionist ships." They congratulated the leadership and armed forces on this perceived victory.
The statement affirmed Yemen's unwavering support for Gaza and the Palestinian resistance, praising the armed forces' operations, including the strike on Lod Airport. It reiterated the commitment to confront Israeli Occupation and to develop military capabilities.
The statement also expressed regret over the stance of some Arab and Islamic regimes and praised Oman's role in supporting peace.
