SANA'A July 11. 2023 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today with the Minister of Transport, Abdul Wahhab Al-Durra.
During the meeting, the Ministry's plan, its various institutions and bodies for the year 1445 AH, and the approved projects in the various transport sectors were discussed.
The President was briefed on the plans and programs that had been accomplished during the year 1444 in connection with airports and ports.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat praised the efforts of the Ministry of Transport, its bodies and institutions during the past year in carrying out the tasks entrusted to it, especially with regard to rehabilitating , equipping airports and ports that were bombed and destroyed by the US-Saudi aggression and the ban it imposed over the past eight years.
He urged to redouble efforts and work in a team spirit to overcome the challenges posed by the aggression and blockade on the various transport sectors.
