TEHRAN April 11. 2023 (Saba) - Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army Maj. Gen. Abdolrahim Mousavi has confirmed that the confusion and turmoil of the Zionist hegemony regime in recent times are signs of its collapse and demise, which is looming on the horizon more than in the past.
The Fars news agency quoted Mousavi at the unveiling ceremony and the inclusion of new, advanced and updated weapons and equipment for the ground forces units of the Iranian army on Tuesday as saying “Iran today is heading towards more power, solidity, and improvement in foreign relations with neighboring countries and strengthening relations strategy with the two superpowers of the world, and the establishment of a balance of power in West Asia and the world."
He added: The strength and self-reliant national military might is one of the most important factors for preserving peace, stability, independence, security, and the borders and frontiers of the country.
Mousavi continued on saying the Iranian army is preparing to carry out the sensitive tasks entrusted to it through full intelligence supervision, monitoring threats and the use of modern technologies, scientific capabilities, knowledge companies, and defense industries.
He stressed that although it is not possible to display all the capabilities of the armies, in the spring of this year, part of the capabilities of other sectors of the Iranian army will be shown, which can be revealed.
Mousavi said the weapons and equipment that were included today in the ground forces of the Iranian army have four characteristics: they are long-range, accurate in hitting, smart and interconnectable, and meet the needs of today as well as future wars, and they will be used within missile units, drones, electronic war, air defense, army drones, rapid reaction forces and forces rapid mobile, armored forces and artillery.
