Brussels - Saba:
European Union foreign policy chief Kaya Kallas said during an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Poland that most European countries agree that the situation in Gaza is unsustainable and is rapidly deteriorating.
According to Reuters on Thursday, she added: "Tomorrow we will put the final touches on the establishment of a court to prosecute war crimes and crimes of aggression."
It is noteworthy that the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, called for charges against senior European Union officials, including European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, for complicity in war crimes due to their support for Israel during its 18-month aggression on the Gaza Strip.
