Nablus - (Saba):
A number of Palestinian citizens were injured by Israeli enemy fire on Thursday during the raid on the Old City of Nablus.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that 6 citizens were injured, including 3 who were hit by live bullets, while 3 others were injured by shrapnel from live bullets and were taken to the hospital.
Israeli special forces stormed the Jasmine neighborhood, followed by military reinforcements arriving from the Hawara and At-Tur checkpoints, and surrounded the Old City.
Violent clashes erupted between young men and Israeli forces around the Old City, during which Israeli soldiers fired live bullets and tear gas canisters.
Local sources confirmed that Israeli forces arrested at least two young men, one of whom was injured by special forces fire.
