HODEIDA, Mar. 18 (SABA) - The General Authority for Fisheries in the Red Sea (GAFRS), received on Thursday seven fishermen who were detained by the Saudi authorities as part of its arbitrary practices against Yemeni fishermen.
The seven fishermen were arrested and tortured by the Saudi authorities during their detention period of up to 60 days, an official at the fish landing center in the city of Hodeida.
