SANA'A, MAR. 16 (SABA) - The armed forces revealed on Wednesday details of the offensive operation of the army and the people's committees in Hiran and Bani Hassan in Hajjah.

The armed forces explained that the extensive operation in Hajjah was carried out on two tracks and succeeded in the liberation of 11 villages, including al-Dhahr, al-Akashia, al- Manjora, and dozens of sites, with an estimated area of 26 square kilometers.

It confirmed the killing and injuring of more than 200 internal and Sudanese mercenaries in the battles of Hiran and Bani Hassan, and the destruction and seizure of various military mechanisms, armor, and materiel.

It noted that the aggression warplane had attempted to assign mercenaries to dozens of raids but had failed to impede the progress of army heroes and people's committees.
