SANAA, Aug. 5 (Saba) – The Yemeni army and popular committees carried out several attacks on the US-backed Saudi-led coalition mercenaries over the past 24 hours, according to official reports combined by Saba on Sunday.
In al-Duraihmi district in the western coast, dozens of the mercenaries were killed, injured and 35 were captured, while seven military vehicles were destroyed.
In al-Tahita, also in the western coast, six mercenaries were shot dead and others were killed and injured in artillery shelling.
In Jawf province, the army air defenses shot down a coalition reconnaissance plane in the district of al-Maslub, while the army repelled the mercenaries infiltration attempt on Sadah area, killing and injuring dozens.
Also in al-Maslub, the army missile and artillery forces hit the mercenaries' reinforcements, destroying two vehicles and killing and injuring dozens.
In Haradh front, the army killed mercenary commander of the 3rd Special Forces Battalion, so-called Colonel Ahmed Mane'a al-Sayadi.
In Asir, the Yemeni drone air forces launched several drone attacks on the King Khalid military airport in Khamis Mushayt city using Qassif-1 drone.
In near Aleb border crossing, the army secured several sites after attacks, seizing a military vehicle and a bulldozer, as well as killing and injuring dozens.
In Jizan, the army artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi-paid mercenaries near Dokhan mountain east of Jahfan site, while five mercenaries were shot dead in separate sites near the mountains of al-Dod and Dokhan.
In Najran, the army controlled several military areas in the south of al-Sudais site after attacks that killed and injured dozens of the mercenaries.
In near al-Khadhra crossing and Aleb mountains, the army hit the mercenaries in al-Qiadah and al-Shabakah hill.
