br>MIDI, May 22 (Saba) – Dozens of Saudi-paid mercenaries, as well as Sudanese soldiers, were killed and others injured when the army and popular forces repelled an attempt to infiltrate toward northern Midi desert, a military official told Saba on Monday.
The mercenaries fell killed and injured when they tried moving toward Al Makhazan village.
Moreover, the national forces bombed 11 military vehicles of the mercenaries in the operation, the official added.
