Gaza – Saba:
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Monday, the death of five new cases caused by famine and malnutrition within the past 24 hours.
The ministry, in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), said Gaza hospitals recorded five new fatalities due to famine and malnutrition in the last 24 hours, including one child.
This brings the total number of victims of famine and malnutrition to 222, among them 101 children.
It is reported that cases of malnutrition and famine continue to flood hospitals in Gaza every moment. Currently, 900,000 children in Gaza suffer from hunger, with 70,000 of them entering severe malnutrition stages.
With American and European support, the Israeli occupation forces have, since October 7, 2023, been committing genocidal crimes in Gaza. According to the latest statistics published yesterday, Saturday, 61,369 Palestinian civilians, mostly women and children, have been killed, and 152,850 others injured. These figures remain incomplete as thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble and on streets, inaccessible to rescue and medical teams.
