Ibb - Saba:
The Central Emergency Developmental Interventions Unit, in coordination with the local authority in Badan District of Ibb Governorate and the Badan Cooperative Association, distributed a quantity of cement as part of the unit’s contribution to supporting community initiative projects in the district.
During the launch, the Director of Badan District, Mufaddal Al-Jalal, praised the role of the Ministry of Local Administration and Rural Development in supporting community projects and initiatives through the Central Developmental Interventions Unit. He emphasized the importance of community partnerships in achieving local development.
Al-Jalal highlighted the contributions of community members, the local authority, and the Cooperative Union branch in the governorate in implementing and ensuring the success of service and developmental projects.
For his part, the Supervisor and Follow-up Officer at the Interventions Unit in Ibb Governorate, Engineer Issa Al-Qadri, affirmed the unit’s commitment to activating the role of the Badan Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperative Association in carrying out its assigned developmental tasks. He stressed the need to intensify efforts to achieve the goals of such developmental associations.
Meanwhile, the head of the association, Nabil Khashafah, and the Director of Initiatives in the district, Adel Dhab’an, expressed their gratitude to the leadership of the Ministry of Local Administration and Rural Development for its ongoing support through the Interventions Unit for community initiative projects, which continue to expand, particularly in the fields of roads and water.
They emphasized the importance of sustaining and expanding support for such projects across various service and developmental sectors.
