London – Saba:
The Arab Human Rights Organization in Britain announced on Monday that it has submitted a formal complaint to the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation."
The organization called for an urgent investigation into alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by officials of the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" in collaboration with contracted security companies between May 27 and the present day, according to Palestine Online.
The complaint reportedly includes visual evidence and satellite images showing that the foundation’s aid distribution centers were merely military fronts designed for systematic killing and the collective starvation of Gaza’s population.
Satellite images attached to the complaint reveal a deceptive military design of these centers, following the pattern of military bases with narrow entrances extending several kilometers, ending in pre-planned choke points where gunfire or shells are allegedly fired at civilians seeking food or medicine.
The Arab Human Rights Organization added that field testimonies and independent reports confirm that killings continue around these centers, which have become "death traps" operated under military agendas and used as cover for a systematic starvation policy.
According to the organization, officials of the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" played a key role in obstructing the delivery of UN aid to Gaza, leading to the deaths of dozens of civilians, including children, due to shortages of medicine and food—while the threat of famine endangers tens of thousands more in the Strip.
The organization stated that as crimes intensify, the foundation’s officials have failed to take a clear legal stance, issuing only "vague and cowardly" statements that downplay or even justify the massacres, without any acknowledgment of responsibility or commitment to accountability.
It noted that these officials operate with complete impunity due to U.S. political cover and their close ties to a regional state with strategic interests linked to Israel—a state suspected of turning a blind eye to, or even directly or indirectly supporting, these crimes.
The Arab Human Rights Organization renewed its call for the UK and the European Union to impose immediate sanctions on the foundation’s officials under the Magnitsky Act, urging the international community to pursue legal action in all possible jurisdictions.
It pointed out that global public opinion is increasingly turning against the policies of starvation and mass killing in Gaza, even among some traditional allies of the Zionist enemy, while Arab and Islamic regimes remain suspiciously silent—suppressing popular solidarity and arresting pro-Gaza activists instead.
The organization called for turning Rafah into an international hub to break the siege on Gaza, establishing UN-supervised safe corridors for aid delivery—against the will of the Zionist enemy and with the participation of independent human rights groups.
It also issued an open appeal to the Arab and Islamic world, urging mass demonstrations to reject starvation and complicity, and to demand effective international action to save what remains of Gaza.
Earlier today, Gaza’s Health Ministry reported that the number of casualties from aid-related incidents in the past 24 hours reached 25 martyrs and over 237 injuries, bringing the total death toll from such incidents to 1,157 martyrs and more than 7,758 injuries since the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" began operations on May 27.
