Ibb - Saba:

Branches of the Water Resources Authority, Rural Water, Electricity, and Water and Sanitation Corporations in Ibb governorate organized a speech event on Monday to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

Ibb Undersecretary Mohammed al-Shabibi stressed the importance of Ashura and the Yemeni people's deep connection to Imam Hussein's legacy in resisting injustice and upholding truth.

Speakers, including officials from the participating institutions, drew parallels between the Karbala tragedy and the suffering of the Yemeni people under aggression, emphasizing the values of sacrifice, dignity, and steadfastness embodied by Imam Hussein.
