Gaza – Saba:
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) strongly condemned, on Monday, the brutal massacres that the Zionist enemy army continues to commit against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the DFLP stressed that the latest of these crimes was the bloody bombing that targeted the "Al-Baqa" rest stop on the beach of Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 30 citizens, most of whom were women and children.
The Front clarified that "this massacre is part of a long series of genocidal crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against defenseless civilians, in blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions, with political cover and military support from the U.S. administration and its partners complicit in the aggression."
The DFLP considered the silence of the international community, particularly the United Nations and the Security Council, and the failure to hold the occupation leaders accountable for their crimes, as a shameful complicity that paves the way for continued Palestinian bloodshed and the violation of innocent lives.
The Democratic Front affirmed that despite the massacres and tragedies, the Palestinian people will remain steadfast and committed to their inalienable national rights, foremost among them their right to self-determination, the right of return to their homeland under UN Resolution 194, and the establishment of their fully sovereign independent state on the June 4, 1967 borders, with Al-Quds as its capital.
