Dhamar – Saba:
Dhamar undersecretaries Mahmoud al-Jubain and Mohammed Abdulrazzaq, accompanied by Civil Service Sector Director Essam al-Omaisi, on Monday inspected job discipline across various public service units in Dhamar governorate on the second official workday after the Eid al-Adha holiday.
Inspections covered branches of the Postal and Savings Authority, Martyrs' Families Care Authority, Water Resources and Facilities Authority, General Telecommunications Corporation, Public Works Authority, Youth and Sports Office, and the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund. The Civil Service Sector Director reported a 97% job discipline rate among these units.
The undersecretaries praised the high commitment, emphasizing the importance of dedicated community service, prompt transaction completion, and reducing red tape.
They commended agencies whose staff continued field duties during the Eid holiday, particularly cleaning and communications teams.
The undersecretaries also stressed taking legal action against non-compliant staff, except for valid exceptions, and highlighted that inspections are continuous, not merely seasonal, aimed at enhancing monitoring and evaluation.
