Shura Council member Nabil al-Hubaishi and Director of the Civil Service and Administrative Development Office in Ibb Mohammed Ablan on Monday inspected the General Authority for Water Resources and Facilities branch, commending its high level of job discipline on the second official workday after Eid al-Adha.
Authority's branch manager Mohammed al-Warafi received a certificate of thanks and appreciation for his leadership, which resulted in the branch achieving top rankings in administrative performance and job discipline.
A letter of thanks was also presented to the entire staff, acknowledging their collective efforts in development and performance improvement.
Al-Hubaishi highlighted the importance of discipline and adherence to the Code of Conduct, citing the Authority's branch as a "shining example" for other government agencies.
The Civil Service Office Director confirmed the branch recorded the highest performance and discipline indicators for the current Hijri year, with ongoing monitoring across all executive offices.
Al-Warafi expressed gratitude, attributing the success to collective effort and seeing the honor as motivation for future achievements.
