Sanaa - Saba
The Higher Education Sector of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, in cooperation with the University of Knowledge, organized a cultural event in Sana'a to mark the Day of Guardianship, under the slogan "Whoever I am his guardian, then Ali is his guardian."
During the event, the Sector's Undersecretary, Dr. Ibrahim Luqman, emphasized the importance of commemorating the anniversary to protect the principle of guardianship in Islam, pointing to its role in protecting the nation from enemies. He explained that the absence of this understanding has led to the nation falling under the control of unjust rulers and the guardianship of Jews and Christians.
The President of the University of Knowledge, Dr. Muhammad Mahdi, spoke about the importance of the occasion in the context of the ongoing conflict with the forces of arrogance, emphasizing that what is happening in Gaza and Iran exposes the falsity of Western slogans. He praised Yemen's role in supporting the Palestinian cause.
The event featured the presentation of three working papers on the significance of guardianship, its status, and its impact on the nation's reality and future. They emphasized that commemorating the occasion reflects the Yemeni people's connection to Imam Ali and his principles.
