Today, on the first day of official work after the Eid al-Adha holiday, the Deputy Governor of Hodeidah for Services Affairs, Mohammed Halisi, inspected the level of job discipline and workflow at the governorate's general office. He was accompanied by the Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Issa Shuaib.
The visit included several departments, including Financial and Administrative Affairs, Women's Development, Media, and Public Service. Halisi reviewed employee attendance and the mechanisms for providing services to citizens, and listened to an explanation of challenges and future work plans.
Halisi emphasized the importance of adhering to the schedule, responding to citizen complaints, and submitting periodic performance reports. He noted the governorate's intention to take corrective steps to enhance transparency and accountability and improve the efficiency of institutional work.
For his part, Shuaib explained that the level of discipline reflected the employees' commitment to performing their duties, emphasizing continued efforts to develop the work environment and raise the level of performance.
