Saraya al-Quds – Jenin Battalion - the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, announced Thursday, that its fighters detonated an explosive device against an Israeli military patrol.
The Jenin Battalion said in a statement, "Our fighters in al-Silat al-Harithiya Company managed this afternoon to detonate a highly explosive KJ37 land-based explosive device, prepared in advance, against an Israeli military patrol during its raid into the town, achieving a confirmed hit on enemy vehicles."
