Hamas on Tuesday declared that the targeting of starving civilians by Israeli enemy forces at an aid distribution center at Netzarim junction, south of Gaza City, constitutes a heinous war crime and systematic starvation.
This incident, which reportedly killed at least 20 citizens and injured dozens, defies international will and humanitarian conventions.
In a statement, Hamas said this bloody mechanism, operating under a false humanitarian cover, has become a death trap claiming over 150 civilian lives, including children and women.
The movement views this as a deliberate policy to perpetuate famine within a genocidal war.
Hamas called on the international community and UN to urgently halt the occupation's aid distribution mechanism, which it claims operates outside humanitarian standards and UN oversight.
It also demanded enemy open crossings for unrestricted aid entry, accusing the US administration of direct complicity.
