Bayda – Saba:
A meeting chaired by governor Abdullah Idris in Bayda governorate on Tuesday focused on the district's plan to commemorate al-Wilayah Day.
The gathering, which included Deputy Director of Security, Brigadier General Taher al-Saqqaf, along with district directors, security officials, and general mobilization officers, discussed the various activities and events slated for the districts. Plans for a central event in Bayda city were also reviewed.
During the meeting, Governor Idris stressed the importance of commemorating this occasion to draw lessons and moral guidance from the life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), emulating his approach to justice and support for the oppressed.
He noted that observing Wilayah Day affirms the Yemeni people's strong connection to Imam Ali and their loyalty to God, His Messenger, and the "beacons of guidance."
The Governor of Bayda commended the Yemeni Armed Forces' qualitative operations in targeting the depth of the Zionist entity, as well as ships supporting and affiliated with the Zionist enemy, preventing their passage in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean, all in support of those in Gaza.
