In the cable, the Prime Minister extended his sincerest congratulations and blessings, on his own behalf and on behalf of his Cabinet colleagues, to the Revolution Leader, President al-Mashat, the members of the Supreme Political Council, Speakers of the Parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra'i and Shura Council Mohammed al-Aidarous.
He also extended greetings to the Yemeni people as a whole and to the entire Arab and Islamic nation on this blessed religious occasion.
The premier prayed to God Almighty to bless everyone with this occasion, bringing goodness, blessings, and victory over their enemies, especially the usurping, aggressive Zionists. He also prayed for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God to have an accepted Hajj and a safe return to their homelands.
Al-Rahawi expressed his congratulations to the leadership and personnel of the military and security establishment, particularly the defenders of dignity, pride, and honor on the front lines, who he said offer the strongest examples of heroism, sacrifice, and self-sacrifice in defense of Yemen, its independence, and sovereignty.
He also praised the continued heroic support of the armed and security forces, alongside free Yemenis, for the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip. He noted that the people of Gaza are facing brutal aggression and a brutal war waged by a hateful, usurping enemy that has violated all divine and secular teachings and covenants.
The Prime Minister denounced the continued shameful stance of the normalizing Arab and Islamic regimes" regarding the suffering in Gaza, where people are celebrating Eid al-Adha for the second consecutive year in dire conditions, "starving, and even dying of hunger" due to the "criminal Zionist aggression and blockade," and the "siege of their brothers and neighbors in religion and lineage."
He renewed his pledge to the Revolution Leader, President al-Mashat, and the Yemeni people that the Government of Change and Construction would exert all efforts to realize aspirations for change and construction. He affirmed its continued duty to support the oppressed people of Gaza and implement all leadership directives in this regard, based on a spirit of fraternal, religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility.
Al-Rahawi pointed out that the Yemeni people, their armed forces, their free and courageous leadership, and all their vital forces will not rest or be satisfied until the aggression stops, the Zionist blockade on the Gaza Strip is lifted, and food, medicine, and all basic needs are allowed to reach their people.
At the end of the telegram, he reiterated his warm congratulations to the Revolution Leader and President al-Mashat on the occasion of this great religious event. He asked God Almighty to return it to Yemen with the nation having regained full sovereignty over its lands and possessing more reasons for strength and resilience, enabling it to continue supporting the nation's issues, foremost among them the Palestinian cause and the right of the Palestinian people to regain their land and establish their state with al-Quds as its capital.
