On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the Chairman of the National Committee for Prisoners' Affairs, Abdulqader al-Murtada, called on Friday the other party to conduct a full prisoner exchange that includes all prisoners from all parties, Yemeni and non-Yemeni, without exception.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), al-Murtada said, "We call on the Saudi regime to pressure the other parties to implement such a deal without preconditions."
He added, "We affirm our full readiness to implement it as soon as possible."
