Hodeidah - SABA:
Governor of Hodeidah Abdullah Attifi, accompanied by First Deputy Governor Ahmed Mahdi Al-Bishri, inspected today the readiness of the General Slaughterhouse Corporation branch to provide services to citizens during Eid al-Adha, including slaughtering in accordance with health and technical regulations.
During the visit, Attifi and Al-Bishri received a briefing from branch director Abdullah Al-Sharif on technical and administrative preparations, as well as work organization plans to ensure public health and environmental safety.
The visitors also inspected the newly activated veterinary laboratory within the slaughterhouse, representing a qualitative leap in the branch's history in terms of completing infrastructure and modernizing health and technical monitoring mechanisms.
Attifi and Al-Bishri praised efforts to develop the slaughterhouse's performance, emphasizing the importance of continuous improvements to provide integrated services to citizens and enhance the institution's role in protecting public health during the sacrificial season.
They were accompanied by Jaber Al-Razhi, director of the Yemen Red Crescent Society branch in the governorate.
