Occupied Quds - Saba:
The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz reported on Tuesday that 1,200 Israeli soldiers have sent a letter to the government and the Chief of Staff of the Israeli occupation army, demanding an immediate cessation of the war on Gaza without delay.
In a new open letter from officers and soldiers opposing the war in Gaza, they stated: "Continuing the war contradicts the will of the vast majority of the public."
According to Al Jazeera TV, the letter warned: "The continuation of the war will lead to the deaths of captives and soldiers." It added: "Continuing the war will result in the killing of innocent civilians and may lead to the commission of war crimes."
The Israeli enemy army is witnessing a growing wave of internal dissent against the war on Gaza Strip, escalating day by day.
The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 54,056 martyrs and 123,129 injuries since October 7, 2023. Meanwhile, many victims remain trapped under rubble or in the streets, unreachable by rescue and civil defense teams.
