Hebron - Saba:
Today, Sunday, settlers kidnapped a Palestinian citizen after assaulting him in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
According to the Palestinian News Agency, media activist Osama Mkhamara reported that a group of settlers, dressed in Israeli military uniforms, violently assaulted Ibrahim Al-Nawaja'a in "Wadi Abu Ijhish" area of Masafer Yatta before abducting him.
He added that settlers installed electrical poles on Palestinian-owned lands in the "Umm Al-Shuqhan" area near Tal Ma'in in Masafer Yatta, extending toward the illegally established "Avigayil" settlement.
Meanwhile, dozens of settlers gathered on Sunday evening inside a tent they had set up on Palestinian-owned lands in the town of Bruqin, west of Salfit.
The settlers erected the tent days ago under the protection of Israeli occupation forces on land belonging to local residents. Since then, the area has witnessed nightly gatherings marked by loud music and dancing, followed by subsequent attacks.
According to local residents, these gatherings often precede attacks carried out by settlers at night, including assaults on houses, arson, stone-throwing, and firing live ammunition and tear gas at civilians—all under the protection of occupation forces.
