The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) stated that the Israeli enemy army's bombing and burning of the medicine warehouse at Al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip is a continuation of its targeting of the health sector and the destruction of what remains of it, as part of the ongoing war of extermination.
In a press statement on Friday, Hamas affirmed that the fascist enemy government continues its horrific violation of international laws and humanitarian norms by directly targeting hospitals and inhabited homes, relying on American political and military cover and a shameful state of international impotence.
It indicated that the enemy army's criminal operations and massacres against innocent civilians in Gaza, particularly in the northern Gaza Strip, which have left dozens of martyrs since dawn today alone, constitute a renewed brutal war crime and an attempt to impose forced displacement under the weight of bombing and massacres.
It called on the international community, the United Nations, and its institutions, foremost among them the UN Security Council, to: Immediate action is needed to ensure an end to the horrific massacre in the Gaza Strip and to confront the plans of the occupying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which conflict with all international laws, charters, and treaties.
Hamas called on the masses of the Arab and Islamic world, and all free people of the world, to take to the squares, streets, and squares, to show solidarity with our people in the Gaza Strip, and to exert pressure by all available means to impose a halt to the aggression and break the siege.
