The Russian Defense Ministry announced the downing of 112 Ukrainian drones over 13 different Russian provinces in the past 24 hours, as the two sides prepare to exchange 1,000 prisoners.

The Russian Defense Ministry stated in a statement on Friday that its air defense systems downed 24 drones over Moscow, 11 over Kursk, 8 over Oryol, 18 over Tula, 22 over Crimea, 8 over Bryansk, 6 over Ryazan, 5 over Kaluga, 3 over Belgorod, 3 over Ivanovo, 2 over Vladimir, and one each in the Voronezh and Lipetsk regions.
