Sanaa - Saba
The Government of Change and Construction in Sana’a held a ceremonial event to mark the 35th National Day of the Republic of Yemen on May 22, with the attendance of top political and government leaders.
Supreme Political Council member Sultan Al-Sama’i and Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi emphasized that Yemeni unity is a deeply rooted popular choice and a key pillar of sovereignty and independence.
They rejected federalist or separatist agendas, stressing that unity is a strategic, religious, and national duty.
The event highlighted Yemen’s steadfast support for Gaza and the role of the September 21 Revolution in thwarting foreign-backed division plans.
Minister of Information Hashem Sharaf Al-Din affirmed that Sana’a represents the center of independent national decision-making and praised the people’s resilience and the government’s achievements despite adversity.
Tribal, military, and cultural figures also participated, with poems, artistic performances, and patriotic messages celebrating unity and the national legacy.
