Rome - Saba:
Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said on Saturday that the international community must send a clear message to the "Israeli" government: "Enough attacks on the besieged and devastated Gaza Strip."
He stressed the urgent need to work seriously toward reaching a ceasefire.
In statements reported by local media, the minister added, "We must tell the 'Israeli' government that we no longer want to see the Palestinian people suffer in this way," emphasizing that "a ceasefire and the release of prisoners must be urgent priorities at this stage."
