The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, discussed with the Deputy Head of the General Authority for Zakat, Ali Al-Saqqaf, aspects of cooperation regarding employee affairs, completing the preparation of the Authority's service manuals, and updating and developing its organizational structure.
During the meeting, Minister Al-Hawali affirmed the readiness of the Civil Service Ministry to provide technical support for preparing, finalizing, and launching the service manuals. He praised the role of the Zakat Authority in promoting social solidarity values and supporting the community.
For his part, the Deputy Head of the Zakat Authority commended the efforts of the Civil Service Ministry in enhancing and developing administrative work across various public service units.
He noted that the Authority is currently preparing and developing several electronic systems and service manuals to automate services, facilitate transactions, and expedite their completion, thereby strengthening the Authority's role in serving the community.
