Gaza - Saba:
The Center for Political and Development Studies in Gaza considers the US aid plan for the Gaza Strip not a purely humanitarian response, but rather an extension of the crisis, transforming aid into a tool for managing the conflict, not ending it.

The center explained in a statement that the US plan calls for establishing central distribution points in the southern Gaza Strip, excluding UNRWA, and transforming aid into a means of indirect forced displacement from north to south.
