Judge Mujahid reviewed the performance levels and requirements for case completion in investigation and trial, noting the volume of completed cases in the past ten months of the current year (1446 AH), along with the completion, archiving, and forwarding of judicial rulings.

He received briefings on the progress of work and completion rates from Judge Abdullah Al-Najjar, head of the division, Judge Yahya al-Mansour (Chairman of the Specialized Court of First Instance), Hassan al-Muayyad, Director General of the Division and the Court, and Saleh Al-Obli.

The Minister praised the efforts of the Court of First Instance, the Appeal Division, and the Prosecution, emphasizing the Ministry's commitment to providing necessary office, technical, and material equipment, along with qualified staff, to effectively address organized crimes and urgent state security matters, especially in the current climate, and to expedite case completion and implementation.

Judge Mujahid also inspected the progress of work at the Appeal Division and the Administrative Court of the Capital Sana'a at its new headquarters in al-Wahda district. He reviewed the status of equipment, particularly in automation and IT, and the level of completion of cases and rulings.

He received an explanation on completion rates and performance levels from Judge Hussein al-Junaid, head of the division, and directed the relevant sector in the ministry and the Director General of the Information Center to quickly provide the remaining equipment for the division and the administrative and labor courts to optimize their role in resolving administrative issues.

Judge Mujahid stressed the importance of strengthening judicial oversight of administrative actions and decisions to aid state agencies in their tasks, correct decisions, and ensure the proper progression of administrative decisions related to employees and public affairs.

The Minister also reviewed the progress of work at Hamadan Court of First Instance in Sana'a province at its new headquarters, along with its technical and office equipment. He received clarifications on performance and achievement levels from the court president, Judge Abdulaziz al-Ansi, the judges, and the court director.
