The people of Taiz province on Friday gathered in 38 marches and protests under the slogan "To support Gaza... With God's power, we defeated America and we will defeat Israel," in support of the Palestinian people and to celebrate the failure of the US aggression against Yemen.
The Great Prophet Square in the province center saw large gatherings expressing thanks to Allah for the failure of the US. The crowds declared their defiance of Israel occupation and their steadfast support for Palestine, asserting that Yemen's position would not waver.
Marches took place across various districts of Taiz, with participants affirming continued mobilization and support for Palestinians against the Zionist enemy.
A statement from the Taiz marchers thanked Allah for crushing the tyranny of the US, leading to the end of its aggression without achieving its goals and abandoning the protection of Zionist ships. The statement congratulated the leadership, armed forces, and free people on this perceived victory.
The statement firmly affirmed unwavering support for Gaza and the Palestinian resistance, emphasizing solidarity. It also lauded the armed forces' operations, including the strike on Lod Airport.
The demonstrators reiterated their clear challenge to Israel and vowed continued confrontation, the development of military capabilities, and readiness for any renewed American aggression, relying on God. They emphasized the value of their sacrifices for their cause.
The statement also expressed regret over the inaction of some Arab and Islamic regimes and praised Oman's role in supporting peace.
