The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has warned of the "imminent collapse of the humanitarian system in the Gaza Strip," stressing the "complete and unacceptable blockade" imposed by the occupation forces on the entry of aid into the devastated Palestinian enclave.
ICRC Director-General Pierre Krähenbühl said, "Governments must act immediately to stop the atrocities in Gaza," adding that the suffering there has reached a point that "calls into question our very humanity," according to Quds Press Agency.
