China's foreign exchange reserves rose to US$3.2817 trillion at the end of April, an increase of US$41 billion, or 1.27 percent, compared to the end of March, according to official data released by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
The combined effects of currency exchange rates and changes in asset prices led to the increase in China's foreign exchange reserves in April, according to a statement issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
The statement noted that the resilience and vitality of the Chinese economy contributed to the stability of the country's foreign exchange reserves.
