Gaza – Saba:
Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza announced their rejection of the Israeli plan to distribute aid in the Gaza Strip, saying it is part of a conspiracy aimed at blackmailing the people, exploiting their suffering, and using it to serve its plans for occupation and displacement.

The Palestinian Safa News Agency reported that the factions indicated that this plan "represents a blatant violation and a flagrant breach of international laws and security resolutions regarding the work of international relief organizations, particularly UNRWA, and a violation of human rights."
