The local authority in Hajjah province on Wednesday announced the passing of Judge Muhammad Ahmed al-Sharafi, a member of the Yemeni Scholars Association and head of the Second Personal and Criminal Division of the Governorate's Court of Appeal, at the age of 65.
The obituary praised his virtues, his role in teaching Islamic law and promoting religious awareness, and his dedication to the judiciary and reconciliation efforts.
