Club Africain, Gawafil Gafsa, US Ben Guerdane, and Stade Tunisien qualified for the quarterfinals of the Tunisian Football Cup after winning their round of 16 matches.

Corporate Africain defeated Hilal Msaken 2-1 in extra time, Gawafil Gafsa defeated Stade Soliman 1-0, US Ben Guerdane defeated CS Sfaxien 1-0, and Stade Tunisien defeated JS Manouba 2-0.

Terraji, US Monastir, and ES Zarzis had previously secured qualification, while the remaining matches of this round will be played next Wednesday with JS Kairouan vs. Étoile du Sahel.
