Gaza - Saba: The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said that Israeli occupation forces have arrested more than 50 UNRWA employees since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip, including teachers and doctors.
According to the official UN website, Lazzarini explained that the detainees were subjected to shocking and inhumane violations, including beatings, ill-treatment, and the use of some as human shields, he noted that many of them were forced to make forced confessions under duress.
