Tasnim News Agency reported that Kazem Gharibabadi, the Iranian Foreign Ministry's legal and international affairs aide, said in a statement on Wednesday, "We should not waste our time focusing on the place and time of the negotiations, as it is not essential."
"We have agreed to change the venue of the negotiations two or three times, and this issue does not carry much importance.
As of this moment, the second round is scheduled to take place in Rome, but whatever the location, Oman continues to play the role of mediator."
