The researcher, Moushira Abdullah Mohsen Al-Utmi, obtained a master's degree with distinction in management and educational planning from the College of Education, Sana'a University, for her thesis tagged "The level of practice of management by exception and its relationship to the traits of transformational leadership among principals of public education schools in Sana'a.
The discussion and judging committee consisted of Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Hamid as chairman and external discussant from Hajjah University, and the membership of Dr. Ali Yahya Sharaf Al-Din, an internal discussant from Sana'a University, and Dr. Abdul-Khaliq Al-Doais, the main supervisor of the thesis - member.
The committee praised the content of the study and recommended printing and circulating it in research and scientific centers and relevant authorities to benefit from it in the field of scientific research.
The discussion was attended by a number of academics, researchers, interested parties, graduate students, and colleagues of the researcher.
